Job Description

Multinational Company leader in FMCG sector is looking for a Global Project Engineer based in Como's plant. The Global Project Engineer will manage projects from a technical and organizational perspective to build, improve, and empower production lines and plants. This includes overseeing the feasibility study, design, installation, commissioning, start-up, and delivery to the production departments. In particular, the responsibilities include: Carrying out feasibility studies for new plant solutions or improvements of existing production lines or utilities. Drawing the layout. Developing the project by coordinating necessary suppliers, preparing technical specifications, analyzing quotations, and discussing proposed solutions. Supervising the building process at the supplier's workshop, the installation in factories, commissioning, and start-up. Monitoring the achievement of foreseen objectives (efficiency, quality, safety, alignment with current legislation). Having at least 3 years of experience in technical positions (project engineer, maintenance engineer, process engineer) preferably in organized companies in the food & beverage or pharma sectors. Possessing very good knowledge of Office Automation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD. Having very good knowledge of English. The Project Engineer will be based in Como province but will manage projects in various factories of the group, located in Morocco, South America, and the Solomon Islands (at least 50% of the time). Travel will be required according to project needs. This position offers a permanent contract and a competitive package. J-18808-Ljbffr
