Job Description

Mission: Leads and performs basic & detailed design activities of the Emergency Lighting domain of a customer project, until customer approval. In his/her scope of responsibility, identifies and manages technical risks and interfaces, and provides the necessary support to the sales & marketing team. What will you do? Analyzing, documenting and communicating to internal/external to meet customer technical expectations and ensure customer satisfaction Draft of technical projects and offers, with direct contact with the Sales force, Technical Firms and Customers Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Internal Groups such as Sales, Engineering, Service, Marketing, and other relevant company resources Ensure Technical support for launch plans, catalogs and documentation Hotline support for technical enquiries Manage training activities both to internal and external participants What will help you to be successful? Technical background or degree in engineering Preferable knowledge of Autocad and Dialux Lighting design Software Customer-focused and pro-active Strong relational skills Occasional short-term travel to customer sites English is needed to assure an effective relationship with the worldwide segment organization What's in it for me?
