What you will do as a Process Engineer: Actively participate in continuous improvement projects, contributing to process optimization and achieving business goals. Collaborate in identifying innovative solutions and designing new processes to increase production efficiency and quality. Support the implementation of strategic changes and optimizations, working in teams to ensure the effectiveness of the changes made. Draft detailed reports on data analysis and project documentation, contributing to the creation of standardized operating procedures. Participate in continuous training and practical workshops on advanced methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, to develop solid professional skills. Work closely with various company departments, gaining a comprehensive view of the production chain and the integrated functioning of the company. Who we are looking for: Students or recent graduates in Chemical, Management, Mechanical, Energy Engineering, or related disciplines. Problem-solving and data analysis skills to identify inefficiencies in production processes. Teamwork skills, with good adaptability and communication. Willingness to learn new techniques and approaches while working in a dynamic environment. Time management skills and results orientation. Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen (preferable). Able to work in multifunctional contexts, collaborating with various business areas such as production, quality, and logistics. Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
