Apply now and let's build a brighter future together We are looking for a Maintenance Planner for our Vado site who will report to the local Maintenance Planning Manager. In this role you will support local processes for maintenance planning while being responsible for technical planning, building job plans and identifying all material and labor resources required for execution. Main accountabilities Ensure all Asset Maintenance planning and scheduling processes are developed with the aim of reducing risks during execution to as low as reasonably possible. Contribute to overall terminal reliability and production throughput by managing the local asset replacement, obsolescence and local planning processes. Manage the day to day planning processes for asset maintenance activities. Provide close collaboration with the Warehouse team to ensure that spare parts, materials and special tools are available on a just in time basis to support the scheduled maintenance requirements. Enhance and promote best practice in the routine planning and scheduling of maintenance work activities by ensuring that the best available techniques are applied to the terminal’s planning and scheduling process. Contribute to local strategic plans for development of APMT’s terminal assets. Build collaborative relationships with associated divisions and external parties. Ensure compliance with APM Group values and business principles. Key requirements Proven experience in an operational Asset Maintenance or data-driven facility management related environment. Experience in a strong service oriented, stakeholder-management-required environment. Understanding of Asset Maintenance planning metrics, principles, its processes and requirements. Structured, driven, self-motivating, result oriented. Highly disciplined – following through on actions and ensuring necessary documentation. High quality awareness and ability to work with constant care. Strong communication skills and ability to influence both in English and Italian communications. Location : The position is placed in Vado Ligure. No VISA or relocation support is provided for this role.
