Job Description
Develop 3D models after discussing the construction approach. Create comprehensive and clearly interpretable detailed designs. Prepare assembly drawings and convert them into workshop-ready designs. Compile production and assembly dossiers along with tracking lists. Process changes to workshop drawings and draft corresponding adjustment orders in the ERP system. Maintain regular communication with fellow designers to track and optimize projects, share information, and address issues. Review and evaluate detailed drawings for feasibility, material specifications, and project progress. Participate in periodic meetings with the project engineer to align on objectives and updates. Holds a technical qualification at a bachelor’s level or equivalent through experience. Preferably has experience in designing and drafting steel structures. Skilled in using 3D-CAD software, with preference for Tekla. A good command of English, both spoken and written Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Takes responsibility for tasks and can effectively organize work sequences and manage time. Checking drawings for technical feasibility and quality and material specifications. The facility is optimized for efficient internal logistics, making it well-suited for handling large, heavy components, with lifting capabilities of up to 105 tons. The blasting booth is equipped for both manual and robotic blasting. Additionally, the company operates several automated blasting machines and a spray hall measuring 7,200 m². A key strength of the company is its large in-house engineering department, where skilled engineers manage the design and calculation of components in line with strict quality standards. The team includes highly qualified structural engineers and draftsmen, who collaborate across multiple sites.
