Job Overview
i-Recruit are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage 4 Head Office properties in a corporate environment for TFL. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and additional works through a combination of internal engineers and supply chain contractors. A strong focus on compliance and adherence to policies is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day facilities operations for 4 corporate Head Office properties.
* Ensure full compliance with contractual, regulatory, and health and safety standards.
* Oversee the delivery of PPMs, reactive maintenance, and additional works through internal and external teams.
* Coordinate with Vinci engineers and supply chain contractors to maintain operational efficiency.
* Monitor contract performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Ensure all work is carried out in a professional and competent manner.
Requirements
* Proven experience in Facilities Management and FM Contract Management, ideally in a corporate environment.
* Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and risk management within a facilities context.
* Ability to work effectively with internal engineers and third-party contractors.
* Familiarity with contractual policies, procedures, and industry standards.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
