Time 4 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Senior Architect to join an award winning practice based in the centre of Cardiff. This role has been created due to company growth and work load with many successful projects been won in recent months for 2025 and beyond.
A Permanent Senior Architect on board will help to push the company even further forward. We are looking for the right candidate to start Feb/March 2025
This design and build practice has developed to be able to offer the client a full 360 package including Architecture, Construction and Interior design.
As Permanent Senior Architect you will be joining a practice who is firmly dedicated to offering its clients exceptional quality of service- serves the whole of the UK market with a main focus on the London and South West area. The core of their business is conversion, extension and renovation of buildings along with the design of new buildings – which has led them to win a lot of new business to take them into the next two years.
As an experienced Senior Architect you will focus on high end residential and commercial projects and be able to conduct measured surveys and design sessions with clients. You will need to be confident meeting clients face to face and able to confidently present detailed and design packages. You will be involved with drawing up planning applications and liaise with consultants and contractors
Role Requirements:
• To be successful in this role you will require a minimum 5 years’ experience of working on residential and commercial projects and it is vital you can use your own initiative and hit the ground running to be a part of this winning team.
Benefits
• As a Senior Architect you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £45 - £55k plus (salary will depend on previous experience) for this permanent role with some hybrid working hours which will enable you to work from the office and home. As this is a business development role there will be opportunity for growth and progression within the practice for the right candidate. You will be primarily based in Cardiff but have the opportunity to work with clients around the UK with a focus on London and the South West.
