I am looking for a Construction Manager with a strong background in Rail, to deliver engineering and technical excellence for a rail project across London, based in Romford.
This role would perfectly suit an existing Construction Manager or highly skilled Site Manager working within the Rail industry.
Role
Supervise and ensure work quality, compliance with standards, and safety procedures.
Perform inspections, asset renewals, and condition assessments as per standards.
Allocate resources and prioritise tasks according to maintenance plans.
Conduct staff surveillance, quality checks, and ensure compliance.
Assist in staff management, competence review, and development.
Essential Requirements:
Experience in supervising worksites and safe, efficient work delivery.
Knowledge of resource planning, plant inspection, and asset maintenance.
Familiarity with relevant standards, procedures, and safety practices.
Ideally hold an NVQ level 2 or 3
