Location: Folkestone
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Fixed term contract - 12 months
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30
Position Summary:
We are delighted to be supporting our client in their search for a HR Systems & Data Advisor to join their team, the role is being offered as a fixed term contract for one year to assist with the smooth implementation of a new HR software, you will become the HRIS champion and go to person for the project. This is a vital role as you will be playing a huge part in the successful roll out of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the HR information system (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
Develop and implement HR data management processes and procedures
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics, trends, and insights
Analyse HR data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
Collaborate with HR team members to optimise HR processes and work flows
Provide training and support to HR staff on HR systems and data-related tasks
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in HR systems management
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
