Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Sheffield (S1)
Salary: £94 - £115 per day. (Depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP/January 2025
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

About the Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant (TA), you’ll be working closely with students and teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will assist with lesson delivery, provide individualised student support, and contribute to the smooth running of classroom activities.
Responsibilities of a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
Support teachers with planning and delivering lessons.
Assist students with their work, offering one-to-one or group support where needed.
Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
Work with students who have additional needs, adapting tasks to meet their learning styles.
Support the preparation of resources and assist with administrative tasks.
Encourage students to engage actively and reach their potential.
Requirements for the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role:
A degree in any subject (education-related degrees are a plus).
Enthusiasm for working with young people and helping them succeed.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Previous experience working with children or young adults is desirable but not essential.
A proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude towards supporting students.
