Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work methodically and quickly
• Unloading deliveries from suppliers.
• Excellent time management skills and exceptional work ethic.
• Checking and receiving goods delivered to the warehouse, ensuring they match purchase orders and are in good condition. Raising any issues with deliveries.
• Storing goods in an organized and safe manner.
• Issuing of material to production.
• Packing and preparing of customer orders for shipping.
• Monitoring of store areas, and reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
• Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safety practices.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Restocking bin locations from bulk storage locations.
• Requesting replenishment of some stock products.
• Utilizing a continuous improvement mindset and assisting in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
• Basic IT skills and a working knowledge of inventory management systems would be desirable.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Good physical fitness.
• Ability to load goods safely.
• Good Computer skills is essential.
• Attention to detail.
• Import/Export Knowledge is helpful but not essential.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary is between £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Holidays: 29 days holiday including bank holidays.
• You will be auto-enrolled into the Company Pension Scheme and our WPA family health plan.
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30 and Friday 08:00 - 13:30.
