Salary: Up to £70,000

The Role for Senior Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious transaction services professional to join our growing Corporate Finance team. As a Senior Manager or Director, you will deliver financial and tax due diligence and other transaction services for a diverse range of stakeholders, including SMEs, PE houses, debt funds, and high street banks.
You will lead and manage assignments from scoping to completion, providing clear and concise analysis that helps clients make informed transaction decisions. This will include identifying potential issues affecting deal value, supporting equity value negotiations, and advising on key documents such as SPAs and SHAs.
You’ll also have the opportunity to analyse and interrogate financial data, develop or review financial models (training available if required), and manage project timetables and staffing. Alongside delivering high-quality services, you will work to build strong client relationships, identify opportunities for additional value, and contribute to business development.
Key Responsibilities for Senior Manager
* Deliver financial and tax due diligence for varied transactions across multiple industries.
* Analyse financial information, develop and review financial models, and deliver actionable insights.
* Plan, execute, and complete TS assignments, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Communicate proactively with stakeholders, raising key issues as needed.
* Develop client relationships, identify business opportunities, and coach junior staff.
