Job Description
Are you a mature and experienced Administrator with a keen eye for detail? Our client in Harrismith is looking for a highly organized Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid administrative experience who can take on various tasks and contribute to the efficiency of the organization. If you are detail-oriented, skilled in administration, and ready to take on a dynamic role, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Process and capture information accurately Handle invoicing and payment processing Manage logistics and process load details Obtain prices and assist with procurement Prepare reports as required Experience with tender processes and documentation (highly beneficial) Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience Strong organizational and administrative skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficient in the full MS Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.), Sage and Xero Previous experience with tender processes and documentation is a strong advantage Fluent in Afrikaans with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to work effectively within a team and independently Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 17h00 If you are a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong administrative skills and experience, this is your chance to join a growing company IMPORTANT: Applications close 20 December 2024 If you did not receive feedback within 14 days, your application is unsuccessful Please ensure that you use the correct reference when sending your application via email Only candidates who meet all our client's minimum requirements will be contacted
