YOUR TEAM Innovation and development Office, a part of the Technology Transfer Directorate at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT), is seeking to appoint two Junior Project Managers that will have a key research role on planning, managing, monitoring and implementing the activities necessary for the successful completion of the Robotics and AI for Socio-Economic Empowerment Project for which IIT is the Coordinator. The Project aims to create and develop a highly attractive ecosystem for companies, investors and researchers, both nationally and internationally, in the field of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. Your main responsibilities will be: Supporting the technology transfer center coordinator in the development of activities. Supporting Principal Investigators and managers involved in the project in coordination of the consortium, controlling the overall working plan and monitoring its proper implementation in terms of deliverables, milestones and implementation of Work Packages objectives. Supporting Principal Investigators and managers to design operative plan and tasks of the projects, their implementation and their accomplishment according to its Technical Annex. Monitoring the scientific, technical and financial advancement and, if necessary, supporting the Principal Investigator and managers for proposing modification and new solution to make the project more effective. Supervising and managing communication and dissemination activities, in order to contribute to the development of information, training and reporting material on technology transfer, targeted at all stakeholders. Supervising and managing exploitation plan and activities foreseen with the aim of developing an acceleration and incubation system. Supporting the redaction of data management planning, supervising and managing of the activities foreseen. Managing relations with all the members of the Consortium Agreement and the stakeholders. Collecting, reviewing and submitting technical and financial reports, other deliverables and specific requested documents to the Funding Authority. Preparing the meetings, proposing decisions and preparing the agenda, and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken at meetings. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS A master or bachelor degree in scientific disciplines or economics, management or a similar discipline. Experience in the field of economic-financial planning for projects. Experience in strategy consulting. Experience in the field of reporting and data analysis. A cooperative approach with stakeholders. Spirit of innovation and creativity. Good command of spoken and written English. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment. Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel. ADDITIONAL SKILLS Having an MBA or a Master in Innovation will be considered a plus. Good competence in information search. Strong communication skills. Strong problem-solving attitude. High motivation to learn. Good at time and priority management. Ability to work in a challenging and international environment.
