Apply now for the position of Customer Service Engineer for Lazio region, and you will be responsible to install, configure and maintain Healthcare Diagnostic equipment with reference to Radiology XP and Angiography AX within the designated area. Your role: You will have a customer’s face to face relationship. You will ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets. You will work with Project Managers and Application Specialists to successfully implement complex solutions. You will interact with the Customer Care Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues. You will report in a timely manner all potential issues to the dedicated Complaint Unit. Your expertise: At least 3 years of experience in similar positions. Resident in Lazio area. Degree in Electronic Engineering or high school diploma in Electronics. Digital Healthcare general knowledge. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Windows, Excel, Word knowledge. Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy as needed. Availability to travel mainly in Center/South Italy, occasionally in other Regions and abroad.
