You will be in a leadership / senior recruitment role at present but will be looking for a fresh challenge and you will:
Be a natural leader who can inspire and drive a team forward.Have a thorough understanding of P&L and running budgets.Lead by example.Possess excellent recruitment skills and be able to communicate at all levels.Be self-motivated, committed, ambitious, driven, career-minded and confident.Have a pro-active nature with the drive and determination to succeedBe target driven with a positive attitude to providing exceptional service.Have an entrepreneurial approach and the ability to develop and nurture relationships.Computer literate.
