A highly regarded, innovative, and client-focused consultancy, are looking for a motivated Building Surveyor to join their expanding Newcastle team.
The Building Surveyors' role
This position provides a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a range of diverse projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
As the new Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality services to a range of clients, managing an exciting portfolio of professional and project-based work, including condition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, technical due diligence and contract admin.
The successful Building Surveyor will collaborate closely with a dynamic, forward-thinking team within a supportive and inclusive culture.

The Building Surveyor
The successful Building Surveyor will be driven, client-focused, and possess strong technical and interpersonal skills.
BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
Both project and professional experience
