About the role: As a Nursery Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the development and growth of young learners during their most formative years. You will work closely with experienced EYFS teachers, contributing to a vibrant and nurturing learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. Your role will involve delivering high-quality care, fostering positive relationships, and leading engaging activities that encourage children to explore, discover, and thrive. This position requires creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for early childhood education. You’ll have the opportunity to observe and support children as they reach important developmental milestones, from building social and emotional skills to laying the foundation for their academic journey.

Application Requirements:
• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• A proactive, caring, and patient approach to supporting children’s individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 2-5.
• Assist in planning and delivering exciting, child-centered activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Support children with additional needs, including personal care where necessary.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and happiness of every child in your care.
