Job Description
Henry Martin is assisting a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor in their search for an experienced Site Office Manager. Our client delivers world-class construction projects across Central London. Their reputation is built on excellence, innovation, and teamwork.
As an Experienced Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the site office. This is a fast-paced position requiring a highly organized individual with prior experience managing construction site offices, coupled with a strong background in purchase order management, office mobilization, and event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Site Office Operations: Oversee daily operations of the site office, ensuring it runs efficiently and professionally.
* Purchase Orders: Manage and process purchase orders with precision, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate records.
* Office Mobilization: Lead the setup and mobilization of new office spaces, ensuring readiness for project teams.
* Event Coordination: Plan and execute events such as team meetings, site visits, and client presentations, ensuring seamless execution.
* Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the project team, including document control and scheduling.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to support project success.
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience: Previous experience managing a construction site office is essential.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of purchase order systems and processes.
* Office Mobilization Expertise: Demonstrated ability to mobilize and set up offices for construction projects.
* Event Planning: Proven track record in organizing and managing events.
