Job Description
Henry Martin are assisting a well established developer in their search for an experienced site administrator. As a Site Administrator, you will be the backbone of the site team, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations. This is a crucial role that requires previous experience in a similar position, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
* Document Management: Maintain and organize site documentation, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
* Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and take minutes for site meetings.
* Data Entry: Accurately input and update project-related data into systems.
* Communication: Act as the first point of contact for site-related queries, liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Site Support: Assist with ordering supplies, maintaining records, and ensuring the site office operates efficiently.
* Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with company policies and health and safety regulations.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a site administrator, preferably within the construction or development sector, strong organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
