Are you an experienced Account Manager looking for your next career move? This

Are you looking to make a real impact in the Facilities Management industry? A leading
player in the industry is currently looking for a Account Manager to join their
growing team in NW London.
As the Account Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
* Responsible for the day to day running of both the hard services, organising the site team and supply chain in order to meet contractual outputs and objectives
* Managing & having accountability for the P&L and maintaining agreed profit margins
* Maintain customer relations including progress meeting, site visits, and obtaining referrals
* Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and regularly review the H&S policy
To be successful in the role of Account Manager, you’ll bring the following skills and
experience to the role:
* Experience &Qualifications: Mechanical or Electrical background is essential, and a qualification in health & safety (NEBOSH, IOSH) is desirable
* Expertise: Deep knowledge of M&E systems and preferably knowledge of Critical Environment
* Leadership: Experience supervising skilled technicians and reporting to senior management.
* Commercial: Strong commercial acumen is essential, and experience of managing a P&L is preferable.
