Job Description

Arc Partnership is a joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council and SCAPE, formed in 2016 to support the council in creating an efficient, safe, and sustainable land and property portfolio.

Were looking for an Assistant Systems Administrator to join our Strategy and Service Improvement and create a real impact by providing support to the team across all aspects of resourcing and the programme management of construction and maintenance projects and services.


Your new role:

  • To support the Business Systems Administrator and the wider business with allocation, monitoring and review of resource management of projects.
  • To provide and support presentation of resource data to manage workflow and ensure service delivery capacity.
  • Provide support with the creation of new projects / commissions including the allocation of professional resources
  • Undertake day to day monitoring and maintenance of project / service progress, ensuring key gateways are captured.
  • Support colleagues with their project resource queries
  • Develop an understanding of how project resourcing impacts on the business and highlight potential variances or issues in project resourcing.
  • Support the management of incoming customer enquiries, appraise and allocate to appropriate colleagues.

  • Experience of managing workload through a structured and planned manner
  • Excellent ICT skills with experience of using/developing spreadsheet and database systems Knowledge of
  • Self-motivated and organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with great attention to detail
  • A basic understanding of sustainability in the workplace, and be committed to support the business with its carbon reduction strategy
