Site Manager - Temporary Works Required

My client is a industry leading principle contractor specialising within demolition, refurb, groundworks and general constructuon works.

We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and manage a demolition and refurbishment project in the heart of Central London.

My client has multiple upcoming projects with at least 3 years of work in front of them.

The ideal candidate would have strong experience in demo, refurb and groundworks and would hold a valid temporary works ticket.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Ammending and working to RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing perations.

Site Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator

• Experienced in Demo, Refurb, Groundworks and Construction.

• 8+ years management experience
