Part time Payroll Manager

Job Description
I am working alongside a large healthcare business based in the Ellesmere Port area who are looking to replace a Payroll Manager due to them moving on for a new opportunity.
The role is part of a busy department and works closely with other departments such as Finance and HR.
Key Duties/Tasks:
Manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, including salaried, hourly, and contract staff.
Process mileage and expenses payments
Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies promptly.
Ensure payroll practices comply with regulations.
Prepare and submit payroll-related tax filings and reports.
Maintain and update payroll systems, software, and related tools.
Prepare and analyse payroll reports for management, including costs, tax liabilities, and benefit contributions.
