Intermediate QS

* Experience: Strong foundation in QS with exposure to M&E disciplines.

* Skills: Solid understanding of cost planning, measurement, and valuation.

* Qualifications: Working towards professional certifications or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets for M&E projects.

* Conducting valuations and final accounts.

* Collaborating with project teams to ensure financial success.

* Managing subcontractor and supplier negotiations
