Role: Digital Nurse – Digital Transformation
Location: Across West Midlands area
Department: Corporate Services
Contract: Full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm)
Duration: Immediate start to 30/04/2024 (subject to review)

Rate: £30PH Umbrella
About the Role:
Are you passionate about using digital innovation to transform patient care? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Nurse to join a Clinical Digital Team, supporting the implementation of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) project and wider digital transformation initiatives.
This pivotal role aims to enhance safety, efficiency, and quality of care through cutting-edge technology. The successful candidate will act as a clinical champion, ensuring engagement at all levels of the EPR project, and actively contributing to the modernization of patient services.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Engagement: Act as a visible, accessible clinical leader, fostering strong relationships with patients, carers, and staff.
EPR Development: Support the procurement, development, education, and implementation of the EPR system.
Service Improvement: Drive digital and technological innovations to modernize patient services while ensuring active involvement from patients and carers.
Clinical Safety Promotion: Increase awareness of clinical safety practices across the organization and wider health community.
Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and digital teams to ensure the successful adoption and integration of digital systems.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking nurse with:
Strong clinical leadership skills and a proven ability to engage and inspire others.
A good understanding of digital systems, particularly in healthcare settings.
A commitment to improving patient care through innovative technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Registered Nurse
