Job Description
NXTGEN is excited to be recruiting an FP&A Manager, a pivotal role where you'll lead financial planning, analysis, and strategy to support the ongoing growth of an ambitious organisation. As FP&A Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis, collaborating with senior leadership, and driving operational and commercial success. Key Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, 12-month rolling forecasts, and strategic planning processes.
Build strong relationships across departments to drive profitability and align financial and operational goals.
Analyse financial performance, provide insightful commentary, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Create detailed financial models to support long-term growth and decision-making.
Deliver actionable insights to senior management, influencing business strategies and outcomes.
Support corporate projects that impact the wider organisation.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant FP&A experience, particularly in partnering with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring a proactive, results-driven approach to solving complex business challenges.
Your skills and experience will include:
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational demands.
Expertise in financial modelling and analysis, with proficiency in Excel.
A proven track record of working with senior leadership and influencing at board level.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
A background in leading cross-functional projects and delivering impactful results.Salary offered is dependant on experience
