Sales Manager (Chemical/Petrochemical)

Our client is recognised as a world leader, providing services for the refining, chemical, petrochemical, and processing industries. We are looking for an experienced sales manager with national experience who may be looking for that next step into a European role. You should be able to demonstrate transferable skills from the industrial services sector, materials handling or alternatively from a mechanical contractor background.

Responsibilities

• Establishes productive and professional relationships with potential clients in order to expand customer base

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, gaining repeat business

• Directs the sales efforts of the region including, price and timeline quoting, resolving problems, closing deals and recording the details, invoicing, accounts receivable and customer job evaluations

• Develops annual/quarterly sales and marketing plans, forecasts and budgets consistent with the business strategies.

• Provides a weekly activity report to the Corporate, Sales & Marketing Director and CEO.

Key requirement:

• Experience in petrochemical/refining/maintenance service industries preferable

Key Requirements

• Strong communication skills

• Good planning and organisational skills

• Expert sales and negotiation skills

• Full driving Licence and ability to travel as needed

• Commercial awareness from a costing and margin perspective

This is a remote working position.

Salary is commensurate with experience plus, bonus, car, laptop, phone
