Oversee and execute detailed demolition cost estimates
Lead a team in the planning and execution of projects
Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Evaluate and manage project risk and contingency plans
Foster a positive and safety-focused team environment
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in the Property industry
Participate in team training and development initiativesProfile
A successful Estimator in demolition should have:
Proven experience in the Property industry, with a focus on demolition, construction or main contracting
Demonstrable leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Strong interpersonal skills for effective client and contractor liaison
Solid understanding of regulatory standards and best practices in the Construction sector
