Operations Manager - Contract Catering
Location: Hertfordshire & North London
Salary: £36,000 + fantastic benefits
Working Days: 39 weeks per year (term time only)
About the role:
We are looking for a strong leader, someone who is passionate about people, food and service. We are looking for an established Operations Manager on behalf of a vibrant, forward-thinking and diverse contract catering company, who focus on a fresh food approach in the Education sector.
We are looking for a passionate and driven multi-site Operations Manager who is currently operating within education contract catering. You must have a true love of fresh food and excellence of service, as you lead, mentor, train and develop teams across 12 contracts.
With a natural confidence in this client-facing role, you will need to be immaculate in your presentation and really enjoy the buzz of the customer experience. You will also need to be adept with financial monitoring.
Operations Manager Summary:
You will need to demonstrate the following:
- experience at multi-site level within education contract catering
- ability and interest in being hands on and visible in your sites
- a genuine interest in fresh food
- a natural leader who gains follow-ship
- a logical problem solver, able to think on your feet
- good at forging and maintaining client relationships
- strong on finance and report writing
- a team player with a genuine interest in developing others
