What You’ll Be Doing:
As the BMS Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the seamless delivery of Building Management System projects, ensuring technical excellence, commercial control, and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
Project Leadership
* Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to commissioning and handover.
* Develop detailed schedules, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Oversee resources, materials, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project execution.
Technical Expertise
* Review and refine technical designs, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
* Coordinate panel build, system installation, and integration processes, ensuring systems perform flawlessly.
* Lead commissioning activities, managing client witnessing sessions and ensuring a smooth system handover with full documentation and operational training.
Commercial Control
* Monitor budgets and maintain tight cost control to meet financial objectives.
* Manage contract compliance and ensure all deliverables are aligned with commercial and client obligations.
* Address project variations and maintain transparency in client communication.
Client and Team Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
* Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
* Build strong client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

This role demands a strong technical background in Building Management Systems, proven leadership skills, and extensive experience in delivering BMS projects. You’ll bring commercial acumen and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring success for both the client and the team.
