Senior Structural Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day technical delivery of civil engineering projects across various sectors, balancing multiple priorities effectively.

* Design and review drainage systems, SuDS, earthworks, and highways while preparing comprehensive Flood Risk Assessments.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

* Leverage cutting-edge software to create innovative, sustainable infrastructure solutions.

* Work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to foster a collaborative and productive project environment.

* Ensure all designs meet relevant UK standards, industry guidelines, and best practices.

* Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing opportunities to junior staff, nurturing their growth and development.

* Stay abreast of the latest developments in civil engineering, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to your projects.

Senior Structural Engineer

About You:

* Demonstrated expertise in civil engineering, with a focus on drainage, SuDS, flood risk, and highway design.

* A proven track record in managing projects from initial concept through to construction.

* Proficiency in design software and an ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

* Strong organizational and communication skills, with a talent for problem-solving and decision-making.

* A collaborative mindset with a passion for fostering team success and building long-term client relationships.
