Ipswich
(Freelance- rate negotiable)
We are currently looking for a site manager for some holiday cover on an Industrial Unit refurbishment project in Ipswich. You will be working direct for the roofing contractor who are the principle contractor so a knowledge of commercial / industrial roofing together with cladding would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities will include: client liaison, H&S, RAMS, weekly reporting and the management of labour and sub-contractors. You must be computer literate as you will be working on contractors own internal computer system and reporting back to senior management with progress and updates.
You will need the usual construction related certs such as CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.
