What Will the role involve?
As our Quality Advisor, you will ensure that all Bethell’s employees comply with company policies and procedures. You will promote and embed good practices throughout the organisation, ensuring that our projects are delivered right the first time. You will support the business in ensuring that our HSQE Management Systems meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, as well as the Multi-Utility Recognition Status (NERS, WIRS, and GIRS). You will lead by example, promoting best practices and advocating for quality assurance throughout the business. You will support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure we meet the high standards expected by our clients.

What are the responsibilities?
You will work closely with project teams and senior management, assisting them to deliver projects to a high standard, right first time. Additionally, you will build relationships with our clients and supply chain with the objective of acting as the interface for project quality-related matters in the future. You will always exercise a high degree of discretion regarding employee's personal details, and maintain standards of professional practice, ensuring behaviour complies with organisational values and organisation of work effectively to meet the demands of the role.
Qualifications And Experience
* Qualified to a minimum of Level 4/HNC level in Quality/Construction related field (desired but not essential);
* practitioner of CQI (Desired);
* prior experience within the construction sector (Desired);
* experience with the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems;
* experience in development of procedures (desired);
* ISO9001 internal auditor;
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained (Desired);
* knowledge of Microsoft Office 365;
* proficiency in Quality Management software (field applications and Common Data Environments);
* strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
