Sales Engineer

Job Title: Sales Engineer Location: Levico Terme (TN) Sales Engineer is the role that supports Area Sales Managers and agents on a global level, in managing the sale of BLM GROUP products and taking care of customer relationships in order to meet customer demands and retention. The role requires good communication skills, necessary to establish a relationship with customers and knowledge of foreign languages. Responsibilities Analyze customer needs, with reference to the technical characteristics of our products and verifying possible comparison areas with the competition. Preparation of technical-commercial offers: definition and revision of offers and contracts, in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager, Commercial Management, Technical Office. Activities Definition and verification of customizations and/or specifications requested by the customer, interacting with the corporate functions responsible for their implementation. Drafting of technical/commercial offers and reviewing offers and contracts. Support to the sales network (Area Sales Manager, Sellers, foreign branches) during customer visits (pre-sales meetings, order negotiation, testing, etc.) and during trade fairs. Technical and commercial training of the sales network. Familiarity in the use of information systems: high independence in the use of Excel and knowledge of integrated management software (such as SAP). Knowledge of an additional European language at level B1/B2 of the European classification.
