Job Description
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal with Commercial experience to join a law firm based in Central London.
Firm
Our client, a L500 and Chambers UK ranked firm, are seeking a Paralegal to support their Commercial team.
Opportunity
As a Paralegal for the firm's Commercial team, you will play an essential role in supporting the firm's lawyers with a variety of tasks. You will be involved in both administrative and legal processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the team.
Duties will include:
Manage and organise calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members
Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
Assist with the preparation of contracts, agreements, and commercial documents
Coordinate and manage client communications, ensuring timely follow-up and responses
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Organise complex travel arrangements and accommodation for the team
Maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic), ensuring documents are easily accessible
Support the team with billing and time-keeping tasks as required
Attend client meetings and take minutes where appropriate
Assist with billingThis paralegal opportunity is a part time (3 days per week), permanent role, with a FTE salary of up to £38,000.
Requirements
Billing experience
At least 6 month's experience working as a Paralegal or Legal PA for a Commercial team
