Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Digital & PIM to join our New Marketing team based out of Brimingham:

Contracted to 5 hours per week
Monday to Friday working 08:30 – 17:00
33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) + Birthday Day off

As the Head of Digital & PIM, you will drive the development and execution of our digital strategy, ensuring seamless integration between digital platforms and robust product data management.
The Head of Digital & PIM will be a pivotal role in positioning you at the heart of our digital transformation journey, enhancing customer experiences and optimizing our internal processes.
You’ll lead a cross-functional team of experts and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that align with our business objectives.
Head of Digital & PIM – key responsibilities
Digital Strategy: Define and lead the digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
PIM System Leadership: Oversee the management and evolution of our Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
Customer Experience: Enhance digital customer journeys by optimizing website performance, user experience, and data flow.
Omni-Channel Integration: Ensure consistency across digital and offline channels to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing, IT, and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital initiatives.
Performance Analytics: Leverage data insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Technology Partner Management: Work with third-party providers to optimize digital tools and technologies.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in leading digital and PIM strategies, preferably in a retail or consumer-focused environment.
Strong technical understanding of PIM systems, e-commerce platforms, and digital tools.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.
A passion for staying ahead of digital trends and technological advancements.
