We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Health and Safety Advisor to join their dynamic team and contribute to a culture of safety excellence.
This is an exciting home-based opportunity, covering diverse project sites across Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and Hampshire.
You’ll work closely with an experienced team of safety professionals, reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, and supporting project teams to deliver a high standard of Health and Safety across civil projects.
Your Role as Health and Safety Advisor
As the Health and Safety Advisor, you will:
Lead on-site safety efforts by conducting accident investigations, site audits, risk assessments, and inductions.
Provide expert advice to site teams on Health and Safety matters.
Drive safety culture improvements through practical and effective initiatives.
Foster positive relationships with project teams to embed a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) culture. What You’ll Bring
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate.
Proven experience in Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, Construction, Utilities, or a similar sector.
A UK Driving License. What’s in It for You?
