Maintenance Administrator – Exeter
We are recruiting a Maintenance Administrator for a leading maintenance contractor based in Exeter. This is a 6-month temporary position with the potential for extension. You will play a key role in the maintenance team, handling administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing incoming and outgoing calls with customers, contractors, and technicians
Acting as a liaison between team members and customers
Resolving customer queries and addressing complaints professionally
Updating customer records with accuracy and attention to detail
Performing general administrative duties What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your workload efficiently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional telephone manner
