Job Description
NATS are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join them on a 6-month initial contract at their site in Fareham.
Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 5 years and be eligible to obtain SC Clearance.
Hybrid working, 1-2 days a week onsite.
6 month initial contract.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Finance Business Partner to enhance the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance.
Provide analysis and insights that link financial reports to business strategies.
Implement effective commercial procedures to meet key operational, commercial, and financial targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with local management teams.
Ensure robust financial governance and compliance with corporate policies.
Challenge local management and provide insights based on financial data.
Support financial performance and planning review meetings with key stakeholders.
Assist in bid preparation, business case development, and contractual negotiations.
Liaise with SMEs in other finance areas and business sectors for feedback and project delivery.
Job Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience across various finance functions.
Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and supporting change initiatives.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate, present to, and influence local and senior management teams.
Proficient in writing clear, concise, and insightful reports.
Ability to balance commercial insight, logical skills, and stakeholder interactions.
Analytical skills extending beyond traditional finance functions.
Proactive and self-motivated, capable of delivering high-quality output to tight deadlines with limited supervision
