Job Description
We urgently seek an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our clients dynamic team. As a key member of their commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of a range of fit-out, refurbishment, and design & build projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost plans and estimates
Monitor and control project costs
Manage variations and claims
Produce accurate monthly valuations
Manage final accounts
Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Identify and mitigate commercial risks Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Proven experience in a similar role within the fit-out, refurbishment, and design & build sectors
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in construction software (e.g., CCS, AQS)
MRICS qualification (preferred) What We Offer:
