Job Description
The head teacher is seeking to appoint a motivated and passionate teacher to join our friendly and professional team. This primary school celebrates the fact that each child is unique, and they have a high aspirations for each pupil to achieve their full potential. We are happy to, and looking forward to, receiving applications from both newly qualified and experienced applicants. This is a full-time role for one term initially with the possibility of the position extending for the right person. The position will start after February Half Term until May Half Term to cover a secondment, and the year group will be confirmed on successful appointment.
The successful candidate will:
Be an excellent classroom practitioner
Be creative and able to inspire learning beyond the classroom
Be someone who works extremely well as part of a team
Have high expectations for the learning, behaviour and care of all pupils
Be someone who is committed, hard-working and keen to offer to the wider life of the school
Have good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Have a clear understanding of developing learner voice, pupil-led learning and improving wellbeing
Have effective ICT skills and can use these to enhance learning
