Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for a Cell Therapy Operations Manager (Haematology), to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Uxbridge, on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
Paying up to £41.21 per hour.
Cell Therapy Operations Manager Role:
Responsible for developing and executing onboarding plans and providing oversight and support to ensure operational excellence and seamless delivery of cell therapies.
Work with the local team to define and execute the affiliate specific CAR T strategy.
Support the development of forecasting plans.
Collate site capacity to ensure accurate slot allocation and optimization at national level.
Identify potential gaps and develop and execute initiatives to address capacity constraints as required.
Your Background:
University degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management or similar.
Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology/medical device industry, or healthcare consultancy background, preferably in a project management or project coordinator role.
Adept in processing of comprehensive contracts and thinking in legal terms.
Skilled team player, with collaborative mindset and proven experience in team support, coordination and/or cross-functional leadership.
Willingness/ability to travel.
