Position: Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher
Location: Woking, Surrey
Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent (or Temporary)
Salary: M1 - UPS 3 (Depending on Experience)
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate MFL Teacher for a secondary school in Woking. The ideal candidate will be able to teach Modern Foreign Languages to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with potential to progress to Key Stage 5 for experienced candidates. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in MFL to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
* Develop strategies to improve student outcomes and encourage a love for languages.

* Collaborate with other members of the MFL department to share resources, best practices, and enhance curriculum delivery.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student engagement and achievement.
* Contribute to whole-school initiatives and attend departmental meetings to promote continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A degree in MFL or a related field.
* Experience teaching MFL at secondary school level.
* A passion for language education with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the wider school community.
