Quality Management Lead
Location: Sizewell C Project
We are excited to be working with our prestigious client to recruit a Quality Management Lead for one of the UK’s most transformative nuclear projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to take the lead on implementing and optimising an integrated construction management software system, Field View, designed to maintain the highest standards of construction quality and compliance with Nuclear Site Licence Conditions.
The Role
As the Quality Management Lead, you will:
Own and Manage the Field View System: Oversee its administration, coordination, and optimisation, ensuring its seamless integration into construction processes.
User Support and System Functionality: Manage user accounts, create and refine forms, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth system operation.
Prepare for On-Site Activities: Collaborate with construction teams to ensure that forms, drawings, and calibrations are accurate and prepared ahead of schedule.
Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration: Build a strong working relationship with colleagues at Hinkley Point, leveraging their experience with Field View to tailor its use at Sizewell C. Initial training and onboarding will take place at Hinkley Point to facilitate this.
Leadership and Representation: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Field View, representing the team in key meetings and providing strategic guidance on its functionality and alignment with project goals.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance standards, compliance, and user experience, while driving innovative practices that elevate the project’s quality outcomes.
Training Development: Collaborate with the training department to design and deliver effective user training, ensuring widespread adoption and optimal use of the system.

Ability to understand and address user needs, streamline communication, and manage user behaviour across diverse teams.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Previous experience working within the nuclear industry.
