Develop the asset management strategy
Oversee a service area of team leaders, surveyors and officers
5 year and 30 year capital investments programme
Ensure of accurate stock condition data
Budget management and forecasting
Liaise with other service areas including repairs, neighbourhoods, compliance and financeProfile

Relevant housing, construction or buildings related qualifications
Proven track record creating asset management strategies
Experience operating with the housing sector
