Job Description
Rikama Education are working with a mainstream primary school, based in Deal who are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to start after February half term.
The role:
•To support a pupil in Year 2 with Autism
•Follow the pupils IEP
•Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
•Manage any challenging behaviour effectively whilst following the school's behaviour policy
The position is due to start as soon as possible and your working hours will be; 8:30 - 3:15, Monday - Friday. Term time only.
The school has an excellent support team and experienced SLT as part of the extended team.
