Junior Bid Writer/Coordinator | Kent | RC Frames/Groundworks | £30k +
About the Client: My client are a well-established RC Frames and Groundworks subcontractor known for delivering high-quality projects across the construction industry. They are seeking a motivated Junior Bid Writer/Coordinator to support their growing team in preparing compelling bids and proposals
About the Role:
* Assist in the preparation and submission of high-quality bid documents, including PQQs, ITTs, and proposals.
* Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant project information for bids.
* Ensure all submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.
* Maintain and update bid documentation, templates, and case studies.
* Conduct research on clients, projects, and competitors to strengthen submissions.
* Support the Bid Manager with administrative tasks and process improvements.
About the Requirements:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
* A proactive attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Previous experience in construction or bid writing is an advantage but not essential.
