So what’s the role?
You’ll carry out electrical and mechanical repairs, PPM and general maintenance across sites within Bedfordshire. You’ll also support and monitor external contractors when required.
If you are one of those people who love knowing how things work, finding and fixing faults then you’ll love working across a diverse range of machinery and plant.
You’ll be backed my qualifications in both mechanical engineering and electrical engineering from and reputable provider.
You’ll interpret schematics, have solid wiring skills and be generally handy to make sure that all machinery stays operational.
People who have operated within food manufacturing or pharmaceutical settings would be highly desirable.
The role works on a rotating shift pattern- one week 6am-3.15pm, the next 12:45pm-22:00pm
This is a critical operational role, and would suit people who can work to deadlines and communicate difficulties and challenges when required.
