Whilst the role will predominantly focus on building surveying advice for clients, working both autonomously and with other team members, the candidate will also be expected to have strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to develop client relationships and engage in business development.

You will be responsible for a range of instructions including conducting building surveys, feasibility studies, preparing tender documents and thereafter providing contract administration services, preparing and negotiating dilapidation surveys for both landlords and tenants, undertaking Party Wall work, preparing PPM surveys and providing cost consultancy advice.

You will be heavily supported and given realistic targets for growth and will be rewarded with rapid career progression to Associate as you grow with the business unit, expand existing accounts and bring on new clients, all with the backing of an agile, growing and stable business with a real appetite for exemplary delivery and growth across the region.

The candidate

Along with a professional, confident and friendly manner the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a property environment and demonstrate a positive proactive approach to business development. You will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.
